My Favourite Books

I am not a fast or brilliant reader, but I love reading. I like books written in clear, uncomplicated prose. Primarily, I read nonfiction to satisfy my thirst for learning. I also enjoy audiobooks. They partly compensate for my slow reading speed, making some of my long car commutes more effective and enjoyable. I have a broad range of curiosities, including topics in psychology, sociology, humanism, cosmology, and physics, as well as literature and poetry. This post lists (in no particular order) my favourite books that explain some interesting issues many people are not familiar with and often misunderstand. If you have read some of these books, please get in touch and share your thoughts.
